PLEASE NOTE THE 2025 pick up location has changed to the Cold Lake Agricultural Grounds.

If you are unable to complete online registration, in-person registration is available during client service hours - Monday & Friday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM or Wednesdays 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM
 

Christmas Hamper Pick-Up Registration Form

Must live in the City of Cold Lake, MD of Bonnyville, Town of Ardmore, Town of Pierceland or Town of Goodsoil

If you miss your pick up time you are still able to receive a hamper but will be served on a first come first serve after clients who meet their scheduled pick-up time slot.

Dietary Restrictions

If you do not live in The City of Cold Lake, The MD of Bonnyville, The Town of Ardmore, the Town of Pierceland or The Town of Goodsoil please visit us Monday & Friday 6-8pm or Wednesday 10am-2:30pm at the Cold Lake Food Bank or call 780.201.6589 for more information.

** We will do our best to accomodate dietary restrictions, allergies and requests for hygene products but cannot guarentee them in your hamper. Requests will only be filled as supplies are available.
